Being healthy doesn’t necessarily mean having 2% body fat, wash board abs and a work out routine that would put Arnold Schwarzenegger to shame. If you want to go that route, all the more power to you!

Being healthy simply means eating right and getting enough exercise to counter what you have eaten in a day. For some of us, that is not easy. Some people live very sedentary life styles. They sit for 8-10 hours a day at work, then sit some more after coming home from work. It’s a vicious cycle that is hard to break out of. Believe me, I know!

My job is to educate and guide my clients to better eating habits which in turn reduces obesity and increases health and mental stability. I guide clients to know what to look for and what to avoid. Learning how to find a lifestyle that works for my clients, while keeping them healthy and happy. I’m not here to tell you what to eat or how to eat… I’m not a dietitian. I’m not here to tell you how and when to exercise… I’m not a personal trainer. I am simply here to educate and guide you to better food choices and how to live healthier and happier.

My passion lies in educating everyday people about the importance of nourishing the body, mind, and soul. This world of ours is harsh, ever-changing and chaotic – it’s hard to know what’s what sometimes. It’s easy to become distracted and unaware to the point where it seems we are brainwashed.

My goal is to help you learn, to better educate and guide you to making the proper life choices that will leave you feeling content and abundant in purpose and meaning.
